Bought a titanium cutting board, no refund offered

I bought a titanium cutting board from this website, get-katori.com. It was supposed to have a Money Back guarantee. The cutting board is really poor quality so I tried to return it.

They keep replying to my emails from their support agents. They offered me $15 to keep it instead of a full refund of the $59 I paid. They also refuse to give me an address to send the product back to them. I just want my money back.
