Ordered one dog collar but got charged for three

I bought the nooBark dog collar from their website. I only ordered one collar but they charged me for three. That was $180 total.

I emailed them at [email protected] and nobody answered for weeks. When they finally did respond they said I had to get the item first before they could refund anything. It's been three months now and I still haven't gotten any of the collars. All I get back is a computer reply saying the same thing every time... due to high volume their response may be delayed.
