Ordered dog supplements that never came, no response from company

I ordered some dog supplements from Get-Woofy.com over two months ago. The money came out of my account, but the product never showed up.

I’ve tried everything to get an answer. I used the chat box on the site. I sent emails to [email protected]. I even called the number, (201) 834-7643, multiple times and left messages. Nothing. No resolution, no replies at all.

It’s been two months since they took the $250 and I still have nothing to show for it. I feel like I have no recourse here.
