Ordered softgels and never got them, tracking number is fake

I ordered some softgels from getBelano.com back on January 14th. It's now January 28th and I still haven't received anything. The tracking information they gave me is completely fraudulent.

I've sent two emails to their support address and got no response at all. I tried to get help through the Shopify payment system and got less than zero results. Finally, on my third try emailing through their website, I got a reply from someone named "Nicole." She just sent me the same fake tracking number I already told them wasn't legitimate.

Nicole said a team member would get back to me shortly. That was it. I strongly advise this company is not to be trusted. I'm going to try and reverse the $117 charge with my bank.
