Ordered weight loss product that did nothing and now they won't refund

I ordered from getburnslim.com and tried the product but had no results at all. So I sent it back through USPS with a tracking number. I called them up and gave them the tracking number and they said they got it. They told me to call back in 5-7 days for more info.

So I called back and they said they would refund me in 7 days. Then after 7 days I called again and they said to call them again later. It just kept going.

I called again on 5/4/26 because they said the refund was supposed to be done by May 1st, 2026. Still no money. Then they said it would be 7-10 days. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they said the supervisor would call me back but nobody ever called. Lost $177.88.

Charged twice for one order and they won't fix it

I tried to purchase one order from getburnslim.com back in February. Right away I noticed they charged me twice. I reported it immediately.

I lost $319.00 total from the duplicate. I've sent numerous emails to [email protected] since then. Every time they just assure me they're working on it, but they never actually do anything.

It's been months with no action. I feel like this is a common problem with this company.
