Ordered from Instagram ad and they took my money

I ordered something from Getglocky after seeing an ad on Instagram. Their website is getglocky.com and they have an address at 201 N Allen Street in New York. I paid $89 and never got anything.

I've emailed them at [email protected] a few times but they just won't write back. It's been a while now and nothing showed up. No package, no tracking, nothing. Just took my money and disappeared.
