Signed up for one thing but got charged every month with no way to cancel

I bought a small gift on their website a while back. I don't know how but I just noticed I have been charged $29.99 every single month since then. I can't find any way to cancel my account or even get to my account info on their site.

There is no option for it anywhere. I just want the charges to stop. I lost about $179.94 total.
