Ordered from Hydrolabs in April and still nothing, no one answers

I ordered some stuff from Gethydrolabs.com on April 25th and I still haven’t gotten any shipping info or updates. They just won’t answer my emails for like two weeks now. I don’t even know where my package is.

They told me I can’t get a refund until it’s delivered so I’m just going in circles. Also they wouldn’t let me cancel my subscription so I just blocked them so they can’t take more money. I can’t find a phone number anywhere for them.

After I looked into it more I saw comments on their Instagram posts where people are saying they’re scammers and having the same problems.
