Magnetic lashes don't line up and no one will answer

I ordered these magnetic eyelashes from getlashique.com and they just don't work like they said. The lashes are all deformed and they don't line up with my real eyelashes at all. I spent $40 on them and they are basically useless.

I tried emailing them and messaging on social media to get a refund but nobody ever wrote back. Nothing. Just complete silence. So I'm out forty bucks and stuck with these weird crooked lashes that look ridiculous.
