Book publishing mistakes they won't fix after taking my money

I used getmemowrite.com to publish a book for my mother. They focus on older people, which is why we went with them. They did publish the book, but the final version has mistakes in it.

They let you review the text, but you don't get to see the final book before it's done. They made simple publishing errors, like putting photo captions on the wrong page, on the next page. When I pointed this out, they refused to fix it. They also refused to compensate me for the damage.

I paid $900 and this is what I get. They won't do anything about it.
