Ordered from getnovira and no one will answer my emails

I ordered from getnovira on May 22. I watched the video and looked at the comments and Trustpilot reviews and it seemed like just what I wanted. It keeps saying not shipped from China yet. I have sent 10 emails to [email protected] asking where my product is. No one ever replies. I lost $57.97.
