Keeps charging me monthly for a fake skincare product I didn't order

I saw an ad on social media for GetNuvie.com and ordered a skin care product. I paid the first charge of $59.98. When it arrived, it was a terrible fake. I figured I got scammed and just let it go.

But then I started getting charged every month for the same awful product. I never authorized any of those charges. I tried calling the number, but it's not a real number. I emailed [email protected] and they said they'd cancel my account and refund the charges. They did refund one charge.

Now there's another new charge on my card. They're still taking money I didn't agree to pay.
