Signed up for a dollar item but they keep charging me $39.99

I signed up for a $1.00 item on their site. Now I keep getting billed $39.99 every month or so. I didn't agree to that.

I've emailed them at [email protected] a few times. No reply at all. PayPal even tried to contact them about it and still nothing. So I'm out $39.99 and nobody will talk to me.
