Misleading return policy for shoes that didn't fit

I checked getwidestep.com before buying to make sure it was a real company and they had a return policy. The shoes didn't fit right and had no arch support like it said, so I contacted Widestep about sending them back. They gave me an address in the UK to return them. It was going to cost me $50 to $100 just to ship them back.

I told the company their website is misleading. First they offered me a 20% refund. I said I wanted the full refund like it says, and if not I'd contact the BBB and New York state and post on social media. Then they came back with a 50% refund. When I told them that wasn't acceptable, they just said they were sorry I didn't have a good experience. That was it.
