Got a fake check in the mail that says it's not a check

I got this fake check in the mail. At first glance it looks totally real, but then at the bottom it says "This is not a check." The record number on it is GGN12NLGL. It says it's an allocated waiver for $195.00. It says it's not affiliated with our lender. I don't know what they're trying to do. The phone number listed is (800) 803-9220. I never signed up for anything. It just showed up.
