Ordered something online and cancelled right away but no refund yet

I placed an order online and then cancelled it within like 30 minutes because I put it in by mistake. I called them 3 times already and still nothing. They are using Elon Musk’s name on their site or something which felt weird.

The number I called was (877) 272-4181 and I also emailed them at Support@ghkonexcom but nobody is giving me my money back. I lost $299.00 on this. Just want my refund.
