Bought a wreath from a disabled veteran but it came from China

I thought I was buying a big patriotic wreath from a disabled veteran in a wheelchair. The website looked legit so I checked it out before I bought it. I paid $35.98 on May 12, 2026.

They gave me a tracking number and then I saw it was coming from China. I waited over 3 weeks and tried to ask for a refund but nothing. When it finally showed up it was awful. All squashed, not even round, and barely 12 inches. The website was www.ghoble.com/products/decorate and the email was [email protected]. Obviously not what I ordered.
