Bought a patriotic wreath for my son and got a flat piece of junk

I saw this ad for a company called ghoble.com, it was a video of a double-amputee war veteran in a wheelchair making these big beautiful patriotic wreaths. Red, white, and blue fabric, hand-crafted, he was talking about his love for America and sharing his patriotism. It seemed really legit. The wreaths looked huge and well made, and the price seemed fair.

I searched online first to see if it was a scam and nothing came up, so I ordered one for my special needs son’s birthday. He loves his country. When it arrived it was flat, disgusting, looked like a toddler made it. Just a pile of fabric scraps stuck to a piece of cardboard. Nothing like the photos, not 3D or vibrant, and it was a fraction of the size shown in the video.

I contacted the company and they said it looked fine and would not give me a refund. I paid $40. It’s complete garbage.
