Vacation offer voided after 45 days without any warning

I got a call from someone about listening to a presentation for a vacation package. They said if I listened I would get a trip. So I did it and got a trip voucher in the email saying it was valid for 12 months.

Now it's been about 45 days and I called them and they told me the voucher is voided and they won't reissue it. There's nothing in the email about any timeline besides the 12 months thing. I don't get how they can just take it away like that.
