Ordered a flag from giftsur and got a terrible product

I ordered a flag for USA 250 from giftsur.com and the quality was very poor. When I tried to return it I went to their website and the email they gave was [email protected] but I couldn't make a connection with that email. There is no phone number or address listed on their site at all.

The return instructions say I have to contact them first to get the address to send the item back but I can't get ahold of them. I lost $27.98 on this.

Their address is 19935 E. Walnut Drive, Walnut, CA 91789 but I don't know if that's even real.
