Heavy equipment website using a real business name without permission

I found this website gilbertagservice.com selling heavy equipment at prices that just seemed way too low. I thought it might be a good deal but something felt off so I looked into it.

Turns out the site is using the name of a real local business that has nothing to do with them. The real company confirmed they don’t sell heavy equipment and aren’t connected to that website at all.

Their phone number is (479) 388-0553 and email is [email protected]. I didn’t lose any money but I know other people have. Just wanted to put this out there.
