Ordered a wrench set online and the price changed after checkout

Was looking for a Craftsmen wrench set and found it on PROTOOLSSHOP.com. They said it was in stock for $31.76 so I put it in my cart and filled out my shipping info. Then the price changed to $44.47, figured it was tax or something. Total with shipping was $58.42.

I paid with PayPal and approved it. Like 2 minutes later PayPal emails me saying a company called Gilligan - Steele Tasting LLC updated the total from $58.42 to $60.00. I filed a dispute with PayPal right away. Sent 3 emails to [email protected], no reply. The phone number on the site just disappeared after I bought it. Talked to PayPal on 05/04/2026 and they elevated the case after I gave them more info.
