Paid for a surfboard that never shipped, company won't respond

I ordered a Bugs Bunny surfboard from GimmeHoop.com on March 30th. The order total was $579.80. They said it would ship in 3 to 5 business days.

It's been way longer than that now. I never got a shipping confirmation or any tracking number. The surfboard just never showed up.

I tried contacting them for an update on April 6th and again on the 9th. No one ever replied. I paid all that money and got nothing, and they just ghosted me. It feels like a scam.
