Ordered pet water bowls and filters, never got them and no one replies

I ordered these pet water filtration bowls back on February 22nd, 2026. They were supposed to have continuous water flow and be the safest thing for your pets. I got three bowls, plus a waterproof mat and a bunch of replacement filters. The total came to $357.86.

I haven't received anything. I've emailed the company support address two or three times now and I never get a response. It just feels off. I think I've been scammed. Please help.
