Text about a job I never applied for with GL Group of US

I got a text from this number (703) 988-5289 saying thank you for applying to GL Group of US for a Benefits Rep Group Position. The thing is I never applied for any job with them. It didn’t make any sense.

They asked if I could do an online interview on Tuesday, 06/23 at either 11AM, 3PM or 7PM EDT. No company name on the text really, just the number. I didn’t respond. It felt strange. No money lost but still annoying.
