Ordered jeans from glamviax.com and never got them, refund keeps getting delayed

I saw this website glamviax.com and bought what were supposed to be American Eagle jeans. I never received them. Not a single thing.

So I asked for a refund. They keep delaying it. Over and over again. Every time I check, it's another delay. I'm out $34 and I have nothing to show for it.

I tried contacting them at their email [email protected] but it doesn't seem to go anywhere. The whole thing just feels like a runaround.
