Ordered contacts, got cancelled, lost my money and the store credit

I bought contact lenses from GlassesUSA.com. They took my payment, all $117. Then they asked for a valid prescription and I sent it in.

After that, I got an email saying my order was cancelled. They said I got store credit instead. I never found that credit anywhere. My tracking order was just lost and they could never find it. I never got my contacts and I'm out the money.
