Ordered chairs from globacarto.com and nothing ever showed up

I ordered 2 chairs and they were supposed to give me 2 more free. Paid $59.09 total, that included some insurance thing they added on. That was a while ago and I still don't have anything.

The tracking says delivered to my door but I was home the whole day and I have cameras. Nothing was dropped off. I emailed [email protected] and called the number on the site (410) 258-4517 and nobody ever answers or writes back. They are in MD, USA but that doesn't help me.

I just want my money back or the chairs. This is ridiculous.

Ordered four chairs but they say delivered with no proof

I ordered 4 chairs from their website globacarto.com back in March. Paid $70. They said they delivered to my doorstep but I have a camera and they never did. They have no picture to prove it either.

I emailed them at [email protected] and they just kept saying it was delivered. No tracking number nothing. Just kept saying check your door. I checked my camera footage and nothing showed up that day.

So now I'm out $70 and no chairs. They won't do anything about it.
