Weird job offer that asked for my social security number right away

I got contacted by someone named Gloria about a job offer. She asked for my resume, drivers license, and references. Next day I get a text saying I got the job. She called right after to make sure I saw the emails and texts about the offer and wanted me to stay on the phone while the job application was done.

She kept calling and texting to make sure I finished it. When I looked at the application it asked for my social security number and other personal stuff right away. That seemed like a big red flag for a job offer. The interview was only a 15-20 minute phone call which felt strange too.
