Ordered jeans from Glorovax, still waiting for my refund after 4 months

I ordered four pairs of jeans from Glorovax. When I asked for a refund, it was a whole thing. I had to negotiate with them just to get them to agree to a full refund.

That was four months ago. The money still hasn't shown up in my account. I paid $40 and I want it back.
