Ordered flowers and got something completely different

I ordered from Glory Bloom because the website showed nice flower arrangements. What I got was not even close. It looked nothing like the picture. The colors were wrong and the flowers were half dead already.

Their address is 14438 Avalon Blvd in Gardena CA and they use [email protected]. I tried emailing them but no reply. It’s a total misrepresentation of what they sell. I didn’t lose any money yet because I didn’t pay but still it’s frustrating.
