Ordered a cold air device but got a cheap desk fan instead
I ordered what was supposed to be a cold air producing device from this website. The description made it sound like some kind of special cooling thing. What showed up was just a basic desk fan. Nothing special about it at all. Walmart sells better fans for like ten bucks.
I paid $69.97 for this. The website is [email protected] and they were advertising on Facebook and other platforms too. I tried to get my money back but nobody answers. No real company name on anything. Just feels like a total scam.
I don't know what else to do. It's not even worth the shipping cost.

Ordered something from Glosrity, item was nothing like the picture
I ordered an item from the website Glosrity. The item pictured was not at all the quality and workmanship that was shown. It was completely different and cheap.
They have a 30 day return guarantee and it said it ships from California. But when I went to return it, they said the return has to go to Asia. That doesn't make any sense. How is that a guarantee?
I lost $59.99 on this. I tried emailing [email protected] and got no real help.

Paid $57 for a tiny piece of cardboard, not the wreath I ordered
I saw an ad for a July 4th wreath on their site, glosrity.com. It was red, white, and blue with an eagle head and said "Made in America." I paid $57 for it.
What showed up is a piece of cardboard so small it could fit in a dollhouse. It's not a wreath. I could never put this on my door. The tracking info from GOFO was all in Chinese, which I can't read. It's clearly not made here.
This company should not call this a wreath. It was a terrible experience and I just want people to know.
