Ordered six bottles but got charged for eight and now they lost the tracking

I ordered GlucoRecover from an online ad. I watched this really long video and then it told me to buy, so I did. I bought six bottles.

But then they charged me for two more orders I didn't want. Now I'm trying to get a refund and they say they lost the tracking number for it. I'm out $348.00 and they won't help. No company name on the stuff they sent either. Just some address in CO, USA.
