Ordered diabetes cure that turned out to be fake and no refund

I saw all these ads online with celebrities talking about GlucoZen and how it cures diabetes. Sounded legit so I ordered three dropper bottles of 30 cc each and paid $215.28. Then I did more research and found out it was all misinformation.

My doctor told me to send it back for a refund. He said the ingredients probably don't do anything for diabetes and he had no idea how it would mix with my current meds. So I returned the order with a tracking number. But trying to get my money back has been useless. No reply from them.

Contacted my credit card company and they might do a chargeback. I have all the attachments. Their phone is (323) 475-1425 and website is @glucozen.com. They're at 19655 E 35th Dr #100 in Aurora, CO.
