Paid $34 for a video and they took $198 from my account

I saw a video of Elon Musk talking about his new scientific discoveries. It said it was a one time payment of $34.00 so I put in my card details. Then I got a message saying thank you for your order but right after that they took $189.00 plus $9.00 shipping from my account. That's $198.00 total.

I emailed them right away at [email protected] saying I didn't authorize that and I want a refund. The email came back as mail delivery failure. I never got any package or email or text or phone call nothing. I tried to contact them again and it's always a dead end. Then 30 days later another $198.00 came out of my account. I never gave them permission for that I only agreed to the $34.00. So now $400 is gone and no package and no way to reach them. This company is a total scam.

Six bottles showed up I never ordered and got charged almost 300 dollars

I never asked for these products but six bottles of a 30 day supply just showed up in the mail. Then I see I got charged about $290.00 for it. I have no idea how they got my info.

I tried calling the number on the package at (866) 205-9850 and also emailed them at [email protected] but nobody ever got back to me. The address they have is in Hacienda Heights, CA 91745.

So I am out almost 300 bucks for stuff I never wanted. Just stay away from this company it is a scam.
