Ordered ear ringing cure promoted by Elon Musk, no contact info

I thought I was buying something that was supposed to stop ringing in the ears. It was promoted by Elon Musk and that should have been my first clue this was a scam. As soon as I ordered and got an email with no contact information I knew something was wrong.

I lost $198.99. Called Target and reported the scam. They also got a number of one of my other credit cards but that company caught it and wouldn't pay. The address they gave was in Lakewood, CA.
