Email about a PayPal payment I never made

Got an email saying my subscription payment of $398.99 went through. It said it was from some seller IP I don't recognize using my PayPal account. They told me to call 1-802-712-5384 because someone used my account to buy subscriptions without my permission.

I don't even know who sent this. The email came from aha290%[email protected]. I didn't lose any money but it felt strange. No company name on the email either. Just a phone number to call.
