Someone called pretending to be GMX support demanding money for my email

Got a call from 1(888) 236-1460 and they said they were from GMX support. Told me my email account was blocked and I needed to pay $100 to get it unblocked.

I knew it was a scam because I looked up the number and it didn't match anything official from GMX. They also had a link to some Reddit post about how to contact GMX mail support which made no sense.

Didn't pay anything but they kept calling. Just wanted to report it so nobody else falls for it.
