Bought tickets through the app that weren't accepted at the event

I bought tickets through the Go Tickets app. I got a mobile transfer with a QR code. When I went to the event, they told me they don't accept that type of digital ticket at all.

I paid $383 for four tickets. Right there, I had to buy new ones to get in, and those four tickets only cost $80. So I paid way more for tickets I couldn't even use.

I contacted Go Tickets about it. They said they can't refund "confirmed" tickets. They tried to tell me I probably used them wrong. But when you look at the tickets they sent, there's no location listed. Nothing. Just the date and one word for the event name. Also, these tickets aren't even released until the day before the event. It just doesn't make sense.
