Charged for a subscription I didn't want when buying a book

I ordered a book from God is great shop called The Bible In a Year. When I bought it, I didn't realize there was a monthly subscription for $39.99 attached. I guess you have to check a box somewhere if you don't want it. They took three $39.99 payments from my bank account.

I called the company today at 564-204-4127. I talked to a woman who said I could only get back $19.99. I asked for a manager. Of course, no manager was available. I told her to make sure my subscription was cancelled, that I wanted all my money back, and that I would wait for a manager. I also said I was calling ScamPulse.com. I asked her how she sleeps at night.

Then she said please don't contact ScamPulse.com and she would refund all my money. I said okay. Please be careful with this company.
