Bought perfume once and got stuck in a subscription nightmare for a year
I bought a bottle of GODA perfume and didn’t think much of it. But then they signed me up for a subscription automatically. I cancelled it, and they just turned it back on without asking me. This went on for like a whole year.
Finally I got so mad I posted in a GODA perfume complaint group on Facebook. Someone reached out acting like they were official and said they could give me a refund. They messaged me on Facebook first, then called me through Facebook. Then they told me to download WhatsApp and I did. I followed their instructions and downloaded some wire transfer apps. I sent money to them. They had my name already typed in so it looked like I was sending money to myself. They emptied my whole account in under an hour.
I spent 8 more hours on the phone trying to get the money back but that was dumb. I should have known better. I lost $1400.

Ordered body oil and fragrance in February still not here
I bought their body oil and a fragrance on February 6th. It is almost July now and I still have not gotten anything. I paid $73 for this.
I have emailed them multiple times at [email protected] asking where my order is. Every time they just say delivery is delayed because of high volume and to wait for shipping details. But no details ever come. I never had this happen with any other company.
Looking at the reviews on here it seems like this happens to a lot of people with this company. They take your money and the products just never show up. Their website is goda.co.

Facebook ad for perfume led to subscription charges I didn't agree to
I saw this ad on Facebook for GODA perfume, they were doing a buy one get one free plus some gifts. It looked good so I bought it without really checking into them first. That was on April 22nd, 2026.
By the end of May I still hadn't gotten anything so I emailed them at [email protected]. They said sorry and told me they sent it out again with some extras for me. Then I found out that when I made that first purchase they signed me up for a subscription without asking me. So they charged me a second time on May 20th. It's now June 17th and I still don't have any products. I've been emailing back and forth with them and they won't give me a refund for either charge. This is a total scam. Do not buy from GODA.

Ordered one cologne but they charged me for two
I ordered the Cologne from their website goda and they took the money for two items when I only purchased one. I only wanted one but they charged me fifty four dollars for two.
I requested my refund and they never did. They keep saying shipping is in progress but I never received it. I asked them multiple times and they just keep saying the same thing about shipping but nothing ever shows up. No package ever came.

TV ad perfume with no smell kept charging my card
I saw this perfume on TV and they said all the celebrities wear it. I watched a video where it showed these people are just saying the word and they’re not recommending this perfume. It is not a perfume. It has no scent.
They kept on sending it and charging my charge card. I had to stop all purchases on that charge card and apply for a new one. I lost about 60 dollars. Their website is Goda and they are in CA, USA.

Charged for a subscription I never signed up for, never got my order
I paid $65 on the website www.goda.co for some skin oil and perfume. I never signed up for any subscription at all. After a month, I still didn't get my order. I emailed [email protected] a bunch of times and they never gave me a refund.
Then the next month, they charged my card another $146 for a subscription I didn't sign up for. I still haven't gotten the stuff from my first order! I've tried contacting them so many times. All they do is offer me discounts, but no refund. This is a complete scam.

Ordered a product a month ago, still nothing, and they keep trying to charge me
I ordered a product from Goda a month ago. I never got any order updates. Nothing at all. So I finally emailed the company and they replied, saying I'd get my order. But since then, they keep trying to charge me again for some subscription.
I made sure the card I used didn't have any money on it, because I never got my product. They've tried to charge it three different times now. Still no order update and still no product.
