Charged for a subscription I never ordered from Goda Perfume

I placed an order with Goda Perfume, which was my first mistake. Once they got my credit card number, they said I asked for a subscription. I never ordered any subscription.

Now I have a $78 order coming to me that I didn't ask for. Their customer service is unbelievable. I've been emailing them about this every day and get no response. And now another order is going to be shipped, even though I've told them I never wanted it.

I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel my card because I think they'll just keep shipping orders. I contacted my credit card company, but I really don't know if they'll help me.

Charged $78 for an order I never placed

I ordered from Goda Perfume back in February. It took over three weeks to finally get my stuff after I kept reaching out to them. They did refund half my money for that, which was something.

Then on March 12th, I got an email from them thanking me for an order. I never placed any order. I checked my account on the 13th and saw Goda had charged my card $78. I didn't authorize that charge at all.

I've reached out to them twice now to put my money back on my card. They haven't responded to me.

Ordered perfume, never got it, and they charged me again

I placed an order on February 12th and I never received anything. Then they went and processed a second order on my card. I keep trying to find a way to opt out of any future purchases, but I can't find anywhere on their site to do that.

I've reached out to their customer service to try and stop the orders and ask for a refund. No response from the company at all. I see posts on here and it looks like Goda has scammed a lot of other people, too. Someone needs to stop them.

Never received my order from GODA PERFUME, total scam

I placed an order with GODA PERFUME and paid $68.88. I never got the package. They gave me a tracking number that didn't work, you couldn't trace it at all. They said they would resend it because it must have been lost, but that was it. Nothing ever showed up. This is a scammer company, do not buy from them.
