Ordered something online and never got it

I seen an AD online for the product so I went to purchase some. It was like 28 bucks. Never received anything.

I contacted support and they told me it was fixed but still no products. Tried to use the tracking number on USPS and was told it's fraudulent. Their email is [email protected] and the phone number is (478) 367-1580. Just a total waste of my money.
