Ordered something from GoFo, never got it, and now they won't respond
I ordered something from GoFo and called to check on my package. They sent me to a shipping company and told me to put in a tracking number on their site. The page just froze and went blank every single time I tried.
I sent three emails after that and got no response at all. So I called the shipping company myself. They told me the package had been delivered and even sent a picture of a little box on my porch. I never saw that box. I guess someone stole it?
I called GoFo back and they said they would put in an investigative request. That was three days ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm out the money I paid.
