Worked for this company and they refuse to pay me
There have been numerous accounts of embezzlement and fraudulence with them. They lure future employees on indeed under false pretenses and then when it's time to pay them they change the name of the company again and post a new ad under a completely different name.
They need to be investigated. I lost $585 from this.
Black plastic bag with wood inside from Jamaica NY address
I looked up the address it came from, 182-30 150th Rd in Springfield Gardens NY 11413, and it looks like that address is used to ship out scam packages. I didn't order anything. I didn't lose any money but it's weird getting random wood in the mail.
Package with plastic pieces and no company name
Delivery went to wrong address and GoFo won't fix it
I lost $50 on this. It's not a huge amount but still it's my money and they don't seem to care. The scammer's address was in New Jersey, USA. I don't know what else to do at this point. They just keep saying it was delivered and that's it.
Keep getting random packages I didn't order from Gofo
Seems like some kind of scam. I haven't lost any money yet but it's really annoying getting stuff I didn't ask for. They're based out of California somewhere. No idea what to do about it.
Ordered a back massager I can’t use and no invoice in the package
The package came with no invoice inside. Just the machine. The address is on the package though—9208 Charles Smith Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. I got charged $147 and I don’t know what to do. Do I send it back to that address and hope I get my money back? Or do I just contest it on my credit card? I can’t find anywhere on their website or email ([email protected]) that tells me how to return it.
Got a weird text about a package delivery from GOFO
I do have a package coming, but it's with a different company. I've never heard of GOFO before. The tracking number in the text didn't match my actual package at all—mine is still in transit. The whole thing just felt off.
Harassing calls about a loan I never took out
They’re harassing me and my family. I’ve told them to stop calling me but they don’t listen. It just doesn’t stop. I need this to stop.
Ordered something from GoFo, never got it, and now they won't respond
I sent three emails after that and got no response at all. So I called the shipping company myself. They told me the package had been delivered and even sent a picture of a little box on my porch. I never saw that box. I guess someone stole it?
I called GoFo back and they said they would put in an investigative request. That was three days ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm out the money I paid.
