I got a package delivered through GOFO. It had three pieces of plastic wrapped in a bunch of layers of packaging. I didn’t order anything like this. There was no company name on it anywhere, just a street address listed. The address was 1080 se 5th st, Hialeah, FL 33010. Feels really strange to get something like that out of nowhere.

Delivery went to wrong address and GoFo won't fix it
I ordered something and the delivery went to the wrong address. The proof of delivery shows it was delivered somewhere else, not to me. I've been trying to get GoFo to help but they just won't do anything about it.
I lost $50 on this. It's not a huge amount but still it's my money and they don't seem to care. The scammer's address was in New Jersey, USA. I don't know what else to do at this point. They just keep saying it was delivered and that's it.

Keep getting random packages I didn't order from Gofo
I keep receiving unsolicited packages from Gofo. I didn't order anything and they just show up at my house. It's happening a lot lately.
Seems like some kind of scam. I haven't lost any money yet but it's really annoying getting stuff I didn't ask for. They're based out of California somewhere. No idea what to do about it.

Ordered a back massager I can’t use and no invoice in the package
I ordered a Smoothspine back machine from GOFO and I can’t use it. It’s way too hard and my 90 year old bones are all bruised up. They said it was 100% refundable so I thought it would be fine.
The package came with no invoice inside. Just the machine. The address is on the package though—9208 Charles Smith Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. I got charged $147 and I don’t know what to do. Do I send it back to that address and hope I get my money back? Or do I just contest it on my credit card? I can’t find anywhere on their website or email ([email protected]) that tells me how to return it.

Got a weird text about a package delivery from GOFO
I got a text message about a parcel being delivered. It had their website, a link to click if I didn't get it, and an email address. I didn't click on anything.
I do have a package coming, but it's with a different company. I've never heard of GOFO before. The tracking number in the text didn't match my actual package at all—mine is still in transit. The whole thing just felt off.

Harassing calls about a loan I never took out
I keep getting these calls from 888-269-4978. They’re calling about some loan I never took out. It’s been weeks of this. They call multiple times a day and they’re very aggressive on the phone.
They’re harassing me and my family. I’ve told them to stop calling me but they don’t listen. It just doesn’t stop. I need this to stop.

Ordered something from GoFo, never got it, and now they won't respond
I ordered something from GoFo and called to check on my package. They sent me to a shipping company and told me to put in a tracking number on their site. The page just froze and went blank every single time I tried.
I sent three emails after that and got no response at all. So I called the shipping company myself. They told me the package had been delivered and even sent a picture of a little box on my porch. I never saw that box. I guess someone stole it?
I called GoFo back and they said they would put in an investigative request. That was three days ago and I still haven't heard anything from them. I'm out the money I paid.
