Tiny bird water thing not like the picture at all

I saw this thing online, it was like an upside down umbrella shape you hang from a tree so birds can land on it and get a drink. Looked really nice in the photo, like a good size.

When it showed up it was way smaller than I expected. And real shallow too, not deep like the picture made it look. I paid 39 dollars for it and it's just not what was advertised. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody got back to me.
