Paid for two air conditioners and got nothing back

I was trying to buy an air conditioner and I paid for two of them. Their website shows they have other stuff but I wasn't interested in any of that. I don't get how they can advertise air conditioners if they don't even sell them.

The phone number they used is 1(770) 882-3110 and the email was [email protected]. I sent them 85.98 dollars and now I have nothing. No reply or anything.

I just want my money back and I want to know what can be done about them.
