Ordered a ring from Gold of America and never got it

I ordered a signet ring from them. They said it would be mailed out within 7-10 days. After 20 days I checked the status online and it just said "being prepared" or something.

I called a few times. Finally got someone who said the following Monday it would be mailed out. I waited til Monday and heard nothing. Called again and just got a recording.

At that point I called my credit card company and they got it settled and got my money back.
