Ordered a trial bottle and now they keep charging me

I ordered a bottle to try, it was supposed to be buy one get 2 free. Then I realized they ship from China and it didn't help me at all. Later I get an email saying my new order was being processed. I emailed them right away to cancel, do not ship, and remove me from the subscription I never signed up for.

I've tried calling 3 times but nobody picks up. Sent 8 emails too. No reply to any of them. I had to cancel my credit card just to get them to stop sending me stuff. Clearly a scam company. [email protected] is the email they use. Lost about $90.
