Paid $2100 for a puppy shipping crate that was supposed to be refundable

I found a puppy online and paid for it. Then this company called Golden Path Logistics got in touch with me saying I needed to use an airline approved carrier to ship the puppy. They said there was a refundable charge of $2,100 for this. So I paid it through Zelle.

After I paid they told me the transfer never went through and wanted me to send another $2,100. I told them no because my bank showed the money already left my account. I never got the puppy and never saw that $2,100 again. Their website is goldenpathlogistics.com and their email is [email protected]. They are based in Los Angeles.
