No response after sending my phone to sell

I sent them a cellphone to sell. That was it. I called to ask for updates and nobody picks up or calls me back. Just ignored.

Their website is goldenstandardbuybacks.com and they have an address on S. Main St. in McAllen, TX. The phone number they gave is (956) 278-2338. I emailed [email protected] too but no reply.

I lost 600 dollars on this. They just took my phone and stopped answering.
